I'm working in the Aerospace industry and for me there are only two books on the subject that I use for unclassified reference litterature - this book and "Rocket Propulsion Elements" by C. Sutton.

This book covers almost everything on the preliminary design level of a rocket propulsion system. Except for the typing errors this book is perfect. And I can surely recommend it for students as well as professionals.

This book is THE definitive work on rocket and space propulsion. Unlike any other textbook on the subject, this text permits you to start with a blank sheet of paper and literally design a propulsion system from the ground up that meets user requirements. You can then assess the overall system performance. Highly recommended. If you are going to purchase any book on this topic - I recommend you start with this one!

This book is excellent for Aerospace Engineering students and engineers alike. Contains plenty of graphs, tables, and "back-of-the-napkin" equations.

I wouldn't recommend this so much as a "learning the concepts" text book,as it doesnt always explain the data it is present very well. However for those already familiar with the topics covered it provides excellent reference.

The most evil alien buys her and she is scared to death, until another alien steps up and buys her. He is the ruling clan leader and no one will oppose him. She feels that her life is going to be lived as a sex slave locked away in a dungeon. She is right, she is a slave, but she is living in luxury that she has dreamed of. She is expected to have sex, but is surprised after meeting Mikael. He tell her that he will not rape. She must beg him to touch her. This is the start of a very dangerous path for both of them. Mikael has enemies that are plotting to over throw him. Lyzette has been saving herself for the man she will marry, but now she has to give herself to Mikael. Soon they both realize that they are more than master and slave. They are falling in love and giving his enemies the one thing to use against him. During a fight for the leadership he loses and she is handed to his enemy. Mikael had slept with his girlfriend and now the evil foe will make him pay by first raping her in public and then taking his leadership. During her lowest point, she realize that all her mother has told her about herself is not true. She finds inner strength and will not allow herself to be broken, her body may be used but she will not give up her pride. She and Mikael are both captured, him being forced to watch what he believes to be her public rape. She has a surprise for both him and her captor. I received this ARC copy with the promise of a honest review. This book is full of mystery, intrigue, danger, sex and love. You will see how a young, scared, innocent girl, become a strong powerful woman. How she changes years of thinking into a better life for not only other slaves, but for a whole alien planet. I haven't read book one, but plan to do so now.

To those who already have the first book, this is a must-read!

Same as the first book, I received a free paperback copy of Taken (Book 2) by Lisa Lace, and I would like to share my unbiased feedback on it.

I rate this book 5 stars from start to finish. Reading the book seemed like a roller-coaster ride. The author effectively made me want to read the book like there's no tomorrow. I cannot get it down. It was well written and made me get so hooked with the characters. I loved how the book combined the adventure, thrill, and romance very uniquely. The story was captivating all throughout, and I can say it is a must-read for adults! As the saying goes, desperate times call for desperate measures. The book's heroine decided to marry a TerraMate because of financial pressure! How she got so lucky to have the sexiest partner there was made the story all the more exciting to read!

Awesome read, indeed! I wish I can have your next books, Lisa. I look forward to reading them.

This series gets even better

Lisa Lace is a good writer who takes the time to develop her worlds, her characters and her plots. I order her books without delay. This particular book I got in advance for an honest review. Being able to read it early was great. I recommend this book heartily if you enjoy unique stories with great romance and some humor thrown in. Although this is a series, each book can be read as a standalone.
